Why the Bee?

When we reimagined our brand, we were looking for a symbol that reflected what we believe about nonprofits.

We found it in the bee.

At first glance, a bee seems small. Its contribution almost insignificant. Yet bees don't focus on limitations. They focus on purpose. They gather what they can, contribute what they have, and work together to build something extraordinary.

Every day, we see nonprofits doing the same thing.

We meet passionate leaders who are changing lives, strengthening communities, and solving important problems, often with limited resources and little support. Many feel overwhelmed. Many feel alone. Many believe the answer is simply finding more funding.

But we've learned that lasting growth comes from something deeper: clarity, structure, strategy, and a community willing to share what they've learned.

That's why the bee means so much to us.

Like the bee, nonprofits are capable of creating far more than they often realize. With the right guidance, the right tools, and the right foundation, small efforts become sustainable programs, growing organizations, and lasting impact.

The honeycomb represents that foundation. Each piece is important on its own, but together they create the structure that supports growth. Leadership, planning, funding, programs, partnerships, and community all work together to create something stronger than any one piece could accomplish alone.

And the honey?

The honey is abundance.

It is the organization that expands from serving dozens to serving thousands. It is the new program launched, the facility built, the campus expanded, the community initiative funded, and the lives transformed along the way.

Because while grants and funding matter, they are never the destination. They are simply the resources that allow passionate organizations to do more of the work they were called to do.

That is the abundance we believe in.

At Remy's Consulting, we believe every nonprofit has the potential to build something extraordinary.

Our role is simple:

To help organizations realize they are not alone, to share what we've learned from hundreds of others, and to remind them of something we deeply believe:

You can do this. Let us show you how.
